Job Purpose
- Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead onsite audit teams to ensure quality audit fieldwork
- Plan and project manage a varied portfolio of audit clients
- Review statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns
- Preparation of reports for review of Directors
- Converse clearly and effectively by using computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
- Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
- Work to client expectations, budgets, and deadlines
- Promote services to existing and prospective clients
- Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
- Support the wider firm with ad hoc duties as needed

The Successful Applicant
- ACCA or ACA qualified, finalist or studying, with at least 3 years' previous experience within practice
- Solid understanding of UK audit regulations
- Proven track record of leading audit assignments from planning to completion
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress
- A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team
- Hands-on attitude towards building client relationships
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work confidently with senior team members
