Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client's B&I contract catering operations in Leatherhead. You will be responsible for a small team, creating exciting, on-trend menu choices for breakfast, lunch, and light bites throughout the day. You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients, creating menus, and sustainability.
Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience at Head Chef level
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavors, and food design
- A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- Comfortable working independently if needed
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
