Management Accountant – Dungannon

REED is delighted to be partnered with our client, a leading FMCG company in County Tyrone, in the appointment of a full-time Management Accountant.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation and analysis of weekly accounts
- Preparation and review of daily and weekly performance, including completion of site KPIs
- Preparation of monthly accounts, including completion of journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Effective partnership with departmental leads, supporting & challenging financial outcomes, particularly working closely with commercial and operation teams to ensure accuracy of financial reporting;
- Assisting in the production of forecasts, annual budgets, and capex requisitions;
- Continuous improvement of financial controls & processes;
- Plan, implement and manage small-medium scale projects;
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Newly/fully qualified accountant
- Industry Experience is essential, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skill particularly Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems
- Experience working with all areas of the business including operations
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Possess excellent attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
