Working closely with schools and supporting the People Leadership Team, the HRBP will facilitate the operational delivery of the people strategy including taking the lead on key transformational change management projects, driving best practice and high performance in terms of attraction, development, engagement and retention of our people within a cluster of academy settings.

This is a great opportunity to join this regional education provider in a newly created role. With their Head office in Retford, the role covers a number of sites across Mansfield.

Description

The HR Business Partner is a new, pivotal role designed to support leadership teams with people plans, acting as a true partner and main point of contact across a cluster of academies across Mansfield.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead key projects that support strategic objectives and the People First strategy, ensuring our people are at the forefront and our leaders are equipped to manage their teams effectively. Stakeholder management is key.
  • Support the People Leadership Team in the operational delivery of the people strategy, focusing on transformational change management, best practices, and high performance in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent within a cluster of academies
  • Provide high-quality support to ensure all staff understand their roles, are developed and supported to reach their full potential, and drive continuous improvement.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Essential

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Experience of operationally delivering strategies related to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to drive across different sites across Mansfield
  • Knowledge of schools/education sector ideal but not essential.

Job Offer

£44,000 - £47,500 + excellent benefits including:
