We are currently looking for an EA to join a Corporate Energy firm based in Tower Hill starting asap. This is maternity cover for a 6 month FTC and will be paying £19 hour. Flexibility is needed to star work at 7.30am on some days depending on business needs.
The role
- EA support to CEO and team
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Handling itineraries
- Screening phone calls and emails
- Managing expense reports for executives
- Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
