Engineering Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Generous Pension + Enhanced Holiday + Company Bonuses

The role will see you overseeing a team of engineers but with the ambitious growth plan laid out, will require a successful candidate to grab the bulls by the horn and drive continuous improvements and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies. With the company's ambition there is a necessity for concise communication and leadership, creating clear structure behind everything that is done and all decisions made.

The Role:
- Management of own department training and development as well as negotiation of sub-contractors
- Operating and managing current PPM systems
- Looking for constant improvements and streamlining of maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
- Insurance that all planned and reactive maintenance activities and reported and logged along with all consumables used
- Creating new CAPEX proposals to assist with growth plans
- Support with site facilities management and occasional hands on work
- Set and adhere to timeframes for maintenance to minimise downtime
The Person:
- Experience working with a diverse range of equipment from rotating equipment to mixing vessels on a high-speed packaging line
- Proven experience within a management role
- Ability to utilise CMMS effectively to manage a variety of assets and tasks
- Maintain all health and safety and adhere to strict regulatory standards
