We are pleased to be working with a Property Developer who specialise in providing quality modern family homes for rent.
The responsibility for the role is to support and deliver the company's marketing functions, implementing and executing the plans and working to targets.
Core responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Head of Lettings and Marketing Managers.
- Responsible for supporting the marking function from start to finish.
- Managing agencies on launch of new developments and managing the design and production of promotional materials.
- Tracking the effectiveness and impact of marketing activities and impact on lead flow and retention
- Writing delivering content and social media plans.
- Managing the business website, social media and data analytics
- Reviewing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows and conferences
Personal Requirements:
Experience of producing web content and managing an organisation's social media presence.
Experience of graphic design.
A good communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience.
A flair for creative writing on a variety of topics with excellent content/copy writing skills.
Experience of design software and of designing communications/marketing material ideally Adobe.
Ideally experience of working within a marketing role within an property or Real Estate Company
