Role: Internal Sales Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Brilliant commission
Location: Central Birmingham, B16
Monday to Friday, office based (Full time, permanent)
What You'll Do:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts: Nurturing relationships and ensuring long-term success.
- Devising campaign ideas and handling their management and execution: Creating impactful strategies to drive sales.
- Using existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities: Leveraging networks for growth.
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement: Continuously enhancing service quality.
- Establishing sales territories for an organisation: Optimising market coverage.
- Presenting campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders: Demonstrating results.
- Liaising with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relationships: Providing exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: We're looking for someone with a track record in sales. Whether you've sold widgets or software, your ability to connect with people matters most.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service is non-negotiable. You'll be the friendly voice our clients rely on.
- People Skills: Building relationships is your superpower. You're equally comfortable chatting with a CEO or a small business owner.
