We are on the hunt for an Interim Management Accountant to join a manufacturing organisation based near Southampton. You will benefit from hybrid and flexible working in a collaborative team, and the role is offered on a 3-4 month interim basis.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- The production of management accounts – P&L, balancesheet, cost of sales, margin analysis, CAPEX
- Reporting on variances and providing commentary alongside
- Intercompany and balancesheet reconciliations
- Inventory reporting
- Month end journal postings, accruals and prepayments
- Calculating and forecasting depreciating assets
- Supporting internal projects
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Interim Management Accountant / Management Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant / Finance Business Partner
- Good understanding of Excel
- SAP experience
- Experience in a manufacturing business is desirable
- Desire to get involved in various projects and tasks
