Job description:
- To manage a caseload of patients with routine and complex needs, using evidence based/patient focused principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- To provide specialised assessment for patients with a range of complex problems and multipathologies, including dementia, falls, respiratory and neurological problems. To design and carry out, appropriate high quality, physiotherapy management programmes for individual patients, in partnership with the patients and/or carers.
- To be responsible for the daily management, supervision and co-ordination of a designated team including staff appraisal and performance management.
