Barnsley NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking experienced physiotherapists to provide a high quality, responsive service for members of staff at Barnsley who suffer from musculoskeletal disorders.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for:

  • providing a specialist physiotherapy service for the treatment of staff with musculoskeletal conditions at Barnsley Hospital.
  • assess, diagnose and treat patients, including those with complex presentations, to formulate individualised management, treatment plans and specialised programmes
  • triage and manage referrals to the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service for patients with musculoskeletal disorders and treat accordingly

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
  • Current HCPC Registration
  • Significant post graduate experience working in an MSK setting

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
