Lettings Manager

An independent property company specialising in high-end property sales and rentals throughout NW and Central London are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager/Head of Lettings with a successful track record within the residential property industry.

Working in a relaxed but professional environment, this role requires excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail, as you will be required to wear many hats and balance many moving parts. This is a role you can make your own if you have the drive and initiative to succeed.

Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be responsible for all areas of Lettings.

The Lettings Manager role:

  • You will be in charge of maximising profit
  • Building and growing the business' lettings portfolio
  • Setting and achieving monetary targets
  • Maximising performance and client retention
  • Good working knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Managing and developing a team

As Lettings Manager you will receive the following:

  • £50,000 Basic Salary
  • Company Car + commission
  • £100,000 + OTE

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2/3years' managerial experience within a lettings business
  • A proven track record of producing outstanding results
  • Strong valuation and business-winning skills
  • Experience in managing a large team
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth and business development
