Technical Sales Representaive East Midlands, Full Time, Permanent £35,000 per annum
Our East Midlands based client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Technical Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join their growing sales team.
THE ROLE
The ideal Technical Sales Representative will be a driven, determined, self-motivated individual, with a minimum of 1 year experience food manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Introducing and seeking new customers through outbound calls and visits
- Engaging with new customers and promoting our services
- Maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers
- Quoting prices to customers for new and existing business
- Self-management of expenses, mileage and budget
- Responsible for own administration
- Identifying and developing improvements to your customer area
- A strong and continuous focus on business development
- Forward planning for business need
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Technical Sales Representative will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record of Sales or Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Decision making and excellent negotiation skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve
- Reliable and Consistent
- Experience in food manufacturing is essential. Experience within meat production would be beneficial
- Experience with AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to commute: Remote working and nationwide travel
- Driving licence essential
