Working closely with the Partners, Audit and Account team and a client base of OMB's, SME's, and Groups you will:
- Review pre-audit accounts and financial reporting
- Manage audits from planning to completion
- Identify and make recommendations to Partners & clients on potential risks & improvements
- Maintain budgeting and billing for your portfolio
- Assist clients and Partners on ad hoc project work including cash flows, funding, tax planning
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as leading relationship manager
- Manage, mentor, and train junior team members
- Contribute to the development of the Firm

It is anticipated that the successful Audit and Accounts Manager will be able to offer:
- ACA or ACCA qualification gained in UK based Audit role
- Client and team management exposure
- Knowledge of UK reporting standards and strong IT skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Experience with an SME client base
