We have partnered with a highly successful and well-established manufacturing company renowned for its commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This is an exceptional opportunity to join their team as a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving financial excellence and contributing to the company's ongoing success.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing month end journals with accruals and pre-payments
- Preparing forecasts and budgets for internal stakeholders
- Business partnering with heads of departments on budgets and spending
- Producing management accounts including variance analysis reporting and commentary
- Analysing P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Project work to support the Finance Manager
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Commercial Accountant
- Ideally qualification or part-qualification in CIMA / ACCA / ACA – QBE considered
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting
