Temporary Operations Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to work in a fast-paced and collaborative global business? Are you seeking a long term opportunity within a cutting edge field?

If you are tech savvy, super organised and a great communicator, this could be the position for you!

Starting ASAP, this is an ongoing temporary assignment that has potential to go permanent. You should be able to work from Kidlington and also Central Oxford on a daily basis.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Operations Administrator Responsibilities

In this role, you will be providing day to day office management and a full range of administrative support to executive leadership and staff, including:

  • Acting as first point of contact - welcoming visitors, managing enquiries and maintaining the meeting room booking system.
  • Organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Managing meetings, producing agendas, taking meeting notes and circulating once agreed and ensuring timely responses.
  • Assisting in upholding Health & Safety standards and updating internal policies
  • Managing the provision, replacement and return of access cards for all staff and visitors
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining stationery stock levels

**Temporary Operations Administrator Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Professional-level communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work comfortably in a highly collaborative, cross-functional, environment
  • Passion for solving problems and challenges
  • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance

Location

Our client is based in Kidlington and Central Oxford. You must be able to work from both sites.
