We have an exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Assistant, to join a successful company near Feltham.
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual with a Marketing - related degree and at least 1 year + work experience. You will be involved in many exciting projects, including digital/non digital campaigns, and support the marketing executives in various activities including content development, video production, social media management and event planning.
Key roles involve:
- Developing engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Assisting in the execution of global marketing campaigns.
- Providing support for digital marketing initiatives.
- Key contributor to Corporate Social Responsibility and internal comms people.
- Facilitating communication between subsidiaries and the corporate office.
- Assisting in the design or tradeshows materials and video content.
Experience needed:
- Marketing - related degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience using design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign (training will be provided)
- At least 1 year experience in marketing or advertising, or relevant internship during studies.
- Proficiency in MS office Excel, and familiarity with CRM and E-Marketing platforms.
- Addition European languages such as German or Portuguese is desirable.
- Good Content development experience (as this is a high content of the role).
- Good organisation skills, as again event planning is a big area where you will be working on all aboard.
- Any Graphic design experience advantage (however training will be given)
- Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of your tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
This role is a varied, busy role where you can progress.
Monday to Friday 36.50 hours a week and do operate flexible hours.
