Forward Role are working with a large scale digital agency in Manchester to recruit a Paid Media Lead to join their growing performance team.

As Paid Media Lead you'll be responsible for:
- Devising and implementing paid media strategies across PPC and Paid Social
- Leading a close-knit paid media team, enabling their development and progression
- Daily activation, management and optimisation of campaigns across primarily Google and Microsoft for Search, & Meta, Pinterest and TikTok for Social
- Forecasting and tracking performance – delivering performance reviews to clients
- Advising clients on how to improve performance
