Part Time Events & Marketing Coordinator

21 hours per week – 9am – 5pm 3 days a week ( this will include weekends )

We have a great opportunity for a part time coordinator to join a business within the sporting industry. They are looking for someone that can offer flexible working hours, this will consist of both weekend and weekday hours. You will be supporting the commercial arm of the business, marketing, hospitality operations and events coordination.
Key Duties:
- Manage seating plans, catering packs and coordinate event day activities in a timely fashion, managing this effectively in line with the sales team.
- Manage the pre- and post-event communication & emails, ensuring itineraries are set and correct before
- Liaising with suppliers and overseeing event day numbers, working closely with the Head of Hospitality.
- Providing first class service and account management for seasonal members and customers.
- Updating event posters, supporting with event day activations and pre-event support.
- Supporting the marketing manager with Updating shop website with graphics for campaigns, and creating brand marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the development lead around the Admin for the networking including but not limited too ; Delegate lists itineraries and event spaces.
- Use and keep up to date the CRM system for operational use
- Work closely with other members of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An interest in sport and or sporting events
- Sales, marketing and or events experience desirable
- Happy to have a flexible working schedule
- Organised, methodical and proactive
- Good communication skills both written and vernal
- Creative thinking skills
