Position Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to support our operations and customer services functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow within a dynamic team.
Operations & Logistics Support
- Assist with the coordination of order processing, stock management, and dispatch logistics.
- Help maintain accurate records in our ERP system to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily operational tasks and flag any issues or delays.
- Liaise with the warehouse and freight partners to track order fulfilment.
- Support procurement by updating stock levels and supplier communications.
Customer Services Support
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
- Help resolve delivery issues, returns, and product queries.
- Record customer feedback and identify trends to suggest improvements.
- Assist with managing the CRM system and customer service reporting.
Process & Compliance
- Follow established processes and help document improvements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company procedures.
- Support with stock audits and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in an operations or customer service environment
- A proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using systems like Excel, ERP, or CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Clear communicator - both written and verbal.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or eBay.
- Familiarity with CRM or stock control systems.
