Quotations & Order Estimator
Location: Snodland
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP26,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm. Fridays, 8am - 1pm.
Job type: Full-time, permanent. Hybrid Working.
Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for a Quotations and Order Estimator to join their ever-expanding team. You will be working as part of the customer service team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service.
Responsibilities of the Quotations & Order Estimator:
- Processing quotes for onto the company ERP system
- Preparation of quotations including clarification of detail from customers and external sales team, and investigation of competitor products
- Obtaining clarification of detail from customers to ensure right first-time processing
- Escalating customer complaints to Customer Service Partner for resolution
- Provide cover when other team members are absent
Requirements of the Quotations & Order Estimator:
- Data entry experience
- Orders and Quotations processing experience
- Customer service experience
- Similar commercial related role
- Ideally manufacturing/estimating background
