Day to Day of the role:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils in Year 4.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure all students can achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
- Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver them effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in working with diverse student populations is highly regarded.
