  • £15.52 per hour depending on experience

This company comprises a committed team of highly skilled engineers offering high-quality CNC precision engineering services. They are dedicated to precision, putting every component they produce through a detailed inspection process. They value the importance of timely and efficient production and delivery of components without compromising on quality.

About the roles:

They are seeking individuals who can utilise their programming skills - a Precision CNC Turner with experience using Fanuc controls, and a CNC Miller with experience using Heidenhain controls.

Key responsibilities:

  • Program, set, and operate CNC machines independently
  • Work to tight tolerances in various materials
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Manage time effectively to be productive and efficient

Standard hours of work are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 4:45pm and Fridays 7:45am - 11:45am.

  • Experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines (Fonuc controls for the CNC Machinist; Heidenhain controls for the CNC Miller)
  • Ability to work alone and interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of tooling and machining methods
  • Good time management skills
  • A focus on safety and quality
