What we're looking for:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS check (on the update service or willing to apply).
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a SEND setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of SEND, with a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
