are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a brand-new exciting role based in the Chesterfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity to support an individual with an acquired brain injury in his private home with a focus on rehabilitation and community activities.

Client and Role:

Our client lives with a brain injury and requires emotional support in the home and community

  • Our client enjoys time with his pets and visiting cafes, shops and pubs

Successful Applicant:

  • Must hold a UK driving license
  • Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP, brain injuries)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
