An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in Wallingford as a part time, operations coordinator supporting a busy team. The role will be part-time, working the equivalent of 3 full days a week but this can be split across 4/5 days if shorter daily hours are required. Please note, this role will be starting in September.
- Location: Wallingford, hybrid working available!
- Salary: £16-19,500 (Full time equivalent £27-33K ) - Fantastic benefits available, up to 40 days holiday per year
- Working Hours: 22.2 hour per week - hybrid available after a few months, i.e 2 days office and 1 at home
As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Administration of the project management and CRM system.
- Assisting the Senior Operations Coordinator with software sales and support.
- Providing support to the staff; including recording holiday requests, placing car, hotel, training course bookings, the general coordination of their requirements and purchases on their behalf.
- Providing support as part of the reception team, answering business sales queries and general enquiries.
- Maintaining company records, systems, and suppliers.
- Assisting with HR and recruitment tasks.
- Providing marketing support; assisting with the production of newsletters, posting content to the social media channels and updates to website content
The successful Operations Coordinator will have the following related skills / experience:
- 3 + years experience in a similar operations role
- Confident, highly capable, organised, and excellent at multi-tasking
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
