This role offers hybrid working and is a 12-month FTC.
DAY TO DAY:
- Oversee engagement and triage of the Business Solutions service desk.
- Supporting the general management and processing of the annuity platform.
- Support the monthly invoicing annuity platform.
- Understand and carry out certain bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers.
- Taking calls from customers, responding to emails, and dealing with customer queries.
- Supporting Marketing on Business Solutions internal and external documentation.
- Running regular reports.
- Manage the renewals inbox and keep on top of sharing upcoming renewals with the sales teams.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience with invoicing.
- The ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Ambitious self-starter with a thirst for learning and knowledge
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Somone who is pro-active, enthusiastic, and conscientious.
