About you:?

We are looking for a skilled UX designer, possessing a deep understanding of user needs and the skills and experience to build beautiful and effective user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking and user research allows you to uncover insights that inform your design decisions. You're passionate about the craft of UX and consistently seeking to hone your skills, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Independently own projects, with support from UX leaders and seniors as needed.
  • Plan and execute tasks, staying accountable and resilient with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in User-Centered Design, from research to testing.
  • Measure success through user testing and behavioral KPIs.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Follow the UX process, highlight challenges within sprint teams, and suggest improvements to team leaders.
  • Recruit and screen participants, schedule sessions, and prepare research materials, contributing to participant lists.
  • Plan and conduct research to understand users' needs, generating actionable insights for design decisions.
  • Design interactions, create visual designs, prototype across platforms, and validate designs through user testing to identify and mitigate usability issues.

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Provide UX insights and suggestions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and effectively present research findings using storytelling techniques.
  • Propose improvements and innovative ideas within the sprint team and actively engage in the UX community.
  • Enhance design systems and contribute to DesignOps initiatives.
