Description

The role of the Change Communications Lead is to:

  • Spearhead strategic communications and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine key messaging and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to improve brand visibility and encourage engagement.
  • A strong focus on consulting, digital and innovation services across a diverse client base stretching across both private and public sector
  • Influence, inform, manage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the development and delivery of engaging and effective communication materials.
  • Lead on strategic communications planning for critical change programmes across multiple workstreams.

Profile

A successful Change Communications Lead should have:

  • Experience of working on a major technology implementation preferably within public sector or a large industrial organisation is essential.
  • Proven experience in marketing or communications, with a strong emphasis on planning and implementing effective strategies for change communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Proven resilience
