The Role

A role of extraordinary scope and potential, leading a highly thought of and profitable, specialist technical FM service provider, transforming and broadening their offering to meet the changing needs of a prestigious portfolio of National Retail customers, all keen to award them significant, but broader contracts.

Key tasks:

  • Completing a detailed audit of the business's current capabilities, expertise and customer requirements
  • In conjunction with the SLT, developing and implementing a strategy to:

- Substantially grow their service offering and ebitda,
- Deliver exceptional customer service,
- Increase flexibility, capability and expertise,
- Embed leading edge technological and organisational change
