The Fleet Sales Manager role:

Managing the Business Fleet Sales Team, you will proactively develop your portfolio of key accounts within your local market area, working towards supplying a full range of One Toyota products and services.

One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers' needs via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.

You will be solely responsible for customer relationships, revenue maximisation, and forecasting and account management within your area of the business. In line with our Talent Enablement culture, we will give you ownership and encourage you to deliver outcomes that lie outside of the remit of this Job Profile. We do this to give you extra experience, to stretch and develop you within your role, enabling you to be the best you can be.

You will be responsible for:

+ Ensuring all customers have a cohesive, multi-channel and personalised contact strategy · + Working closely with the marketing department to identify, develop and activate digital, physical, and experiential marketing activities
+ Presenting professionally to customers in the way that suits them
+ Utilising the Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform your conversations with customers
+ Updating details and adding all prospects and activities to the CRM
+ Working closely with people across the Group and within your account portfolio to identify referral opportunities
+ Ensuring all your actions and conversations are held within the confines of the regulatory framework but also using a Customer 1st mindset
+ Working closely with the Business Manager and Sales Support Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

What we are looking for:

+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)
+ Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A-Levels or an equivalent qualification
+ This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication

Nice to Haves:

+ Experience working within a B2B sales environment
+ Previous Automotive experience
+ Experience within an account management role
