Job Title: Sales Application Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 D.O.E plus benefits
Location: Oxford

My client is looking for a Sales Application Engineer to join the team in Oxford. They specialise in a range of products going into the Defence sector.
The role will include:
- Developing new and maintaining current business
- Manage the full geographical territory via email, telephone, and video meetings
- Achieve sales targets (KPI's)
- Conducting product training to clients
- Manage sample stock/literature delivery into clients
- Administrative requirements around client accounts
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Sales experience with similarly technical products
- Technical background who has worked in the commercial world
- A background in telecommunications or defence
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Comfortable making senior decisions
- Computer literate with experience sorting and interpreting sales/market data
- Ability to prioritise
