Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre and post inspections on responsive repairs for tenanted and void properties.
- Diagnose property defects and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety standards.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all repair works.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a repairs surveyor within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Experience with pre and post inspections of repairs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage your own small patch effectively.

- Umbrella rate of £35 to £40 per hour
- Contract initially until 31st March 2025
- Immediate start
