Client Details

A well establish organisation based in the Lewes area are looking to recruit a full time in office HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

Description

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with your internal stakeholders to review policies and procedures
  • Dealing with disciplinary and grievances, attending any meeting to advise on the correct course of action
  • Assisting with training and development
  • Recruitment, shortlisting and selecting
  • Managing the appraisal policy
  • Coordinating HR projects

Profile

  • Previous HR knowledge from within a busy department
  • Managing multiple personnel streams and case at anyone time
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 or similar qualification
  • Accuracy in personnel files
  • HR software and systems

Job Offer

£30-32,000

5 days a week in the office

30 days holidays + Bank holidays
