Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Head of Account Management to work for a worldwide, market leading Technology Company who have an office in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
This role would suit someone very ambitious, driven, and with an abundance of energy. This is a target driven environment with prospecting and account management activity and a clear progression path set out.
Non-Billing Manager - 100% focus on Team's performance.
This role will also give someone the opportunity to work for a huge Software Company (SaaS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, develop and manage an existing Team of 5 Account Managers and help grow team to 8
- Responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products/services.
- Support the team to ensure they are achieving their goals, targets and critical milestones. This includes but is not limited to hiring, training, and performance management.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic account management plan to ensure long-term customer success and retention.
- Lead with intent. Lead by example inspiring your colleagues, mentoring them to work towards their own personal development aspirations.
Person Specification:
- Demonstratable experience in managing Customer accounts within a fast-paced business.
- Experience working within Tech/SaaS/Software
- Demonstrable experience in leading a successful sales/account management team.
- Execute sales strategy with a proactive attitude
- Set, manage and report on sales goals and quotas for your team in accordance with the Sales Director
- Strong commercial awareness in all areas
- Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment
- Previously worked as a Snr Account Manager, Team Leader, Sales Manager or Head of AM
This is a full-time permanent position offering an attractive basic salary of up to £65,000 with a realistic OTE of £105,000
