We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bankruptcy Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of bankruptcy files and contribute to the smooth operation of insolvency processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from inception to closure.
- Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of bankrupt individuals.
- Prepare detailed reports and statutory documentation in compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of reports to the Insolvency Service.
- Attend meetings with creditors and debtors, as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
- Strong knowledge of UK insolvency laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using case management software.
- Relevant qualifications such as CPI or ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency are desirable but not essential.
