PA to International Sports MD (Central London)
This is a wonderful opportunity for a bright and hands on PA with 3+ years' experience as a PA to support this charming MD of a major high profile sports team based in Central London. The role is based in Central London but opportunities to work remotely when the boss travels.
You will be an enthusiastic and quick learner and happy to sort out the busy life and agenda of this often travelling and busy boss.
Excellent diary and forward planning skills are needed, happy to sort out changes in international & UK travel and requirements at short notice and able to keep ahead of the game.
You will have charm and be confident in your approach, well-spoken and presented as you will occasionally liaise with guests both at the Head Office and at a sporting event.
Happy to roll up your sleeves and deal with he nitty gritty of the day the role will fluctuate from being busy to quiet occasionally. The role has lots of scope to take on more responsibility and become more involved for a willing and proactive PA who will occasionally go the extra mile and want to do a great job and happy to muck in, run an errand if needed or change a flight over the week-end now and again.
A good communicator with up to date tech you will have a sense of humour and quickly become part of this tight knit interesting team.
