About the Role: As our Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance operations, working closely with the board of directors. This position offers the chance to have a significant impact on our business, even though it is not part of a wider accountancy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage sales and purchase ledgers.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Create comprehensive monthly management accounts.
- Conduct detailed cashflow forecasting.
- Oversee credit control processes, including the opening of new accounts.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Handle staff expense processing.
- Manage import/export duty and VAT input.
- Maintain and reconcile journal entries.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and generate reports.
