The Role

Day to day duties for the Purchasing Administrator include:

  • Processing POs and expediting goods as per their delivery dates
  • Strong focus upon building relationships with suppliers
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Negotiating costs with suppliers

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders on site

  • Must be trustworthy, reliable and diligent
  • Experience of prior purchasing/ procurement is essential
