Venn Group are currently partnered with a Housing Association based in Suffolk who are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Lead to join their growing team and develop the finance function.
Job title: Finance Lead
Location: Suffolk
Contract: Part time (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £48,000 - £51,000 (pro rata)
Role:
- Lead on the budgeting, forecasting and modelling
- Lead annual statutory accounts process
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Business partner with all stakeholders, ensuring information is understood and queries are managed
Experience:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience working within Social Housing
- Systems – Xero
- Stakeholder management
- Effective line management skills
