Description
- Carry out planned maintenance, routine and emergency breakdown repairs for all production plant and building services.
- Support installations of plant and equipment
- Carry out routine maintenance and checks on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, improving equipment efficiency and longevity.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document all maintenance and repair work for reference and audit purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
Profile
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Fault-finding and repair on PLC's, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
- 18th Edition
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- An understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
