Area Sales Manager - Commercial Heating Solutions
Location: Central London, South, and West London (Flexible Area Coverage)
Our client is a leader in sustainable heating and hot water solutions, providing high quality commercial boilers, hot water equipment, and heat pumps.
Currently seeking a proactive, target-oriented Area Sales Manager to represent a portfolio of commercial heating solutions in Central London and the South and West of England.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed area targets, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
- Build strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Merchants, and End Clients, serving as a trusted advisor on commercial heating solutions.
- Promote products, particularly commercial boilers, hot water systems, and heat pumps, to key stakeholders, and communicate how they align with specific project needs.
- Proactively identify and develop new opportunities within the assigned area, creating tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
- Develop and leverage a strong internal support network, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently and effectively across various stages.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the commercial heating or building services sector, with established connections in the Consultant, Contractor, and Merchant markets.
- Sound understanding of commercial heating solutions, including boilers, hot water equipment, and heat pumps, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
- Full driving License: Required for travel within the area.
Salary and package
Competitive basic salary of £45,000, plus 1% commission on all sales in the area
