About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly trained, professional security team
You will be responsible for the protection, security and safety of visitors and the building.
You will ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and meet relevant legislation.
You will be working Monday to Sunday, on a 4-day-on-2-day-off shift pattern, 07:00 to 22:00, 42.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your main responsibilities may also include:
- Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
- Service area barrier control and traffic management.
- Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence.
- Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.
- Supporting retailers and stakeholders to promote a security conscious culture.
- Writing statements and report as necessary.
- Dealing with a wide range of security related incidents and offering expert guidance.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage.
- SIA licence is essential, Door Supervisor. Close protection licence welcomed.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable.
