About the Job
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of credit control. Your key responsibilities will include managing a major customer account, handling Direct Debit schemes, and ensuring aged debt is reduced.
Duties will include:
- Managing the Direct Debits
- Monitoring high-volume customer accounts to ensure minimal aged debt
- Posting daily receipts
- Communicating with clients via email, telephone, and written correspondence
- Addressing and resolving client, invoice, and contract queries professionally
About the Successful Applicant
- Two years of credit control experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to build strong working relationships
