Financial Controller
Location: Coleshill Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% annual bonus

They are currently seeking a Financial Controller with a robust financial and management background to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide input for annual budgets and long-term plans in line with the business.
- Coordinate management of Accounts Receivables and Overdue accounts.
- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Document business processes and uphold internal controls.
- Oversee capital expenditure, fixed assets, credit cards, and employee expenses.
- Conduct VAT returns, payroll processing, and liaise with statutory auditors.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet financial objectives and implement policies.
- Lead the Business Support Team with 4 direct reports, fostering development across finance, IT, and administrative functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
- Demonstrated experience in team management with exceptional leadership skills.
- Proven expertise in budget management and team collaboration.
- Must possess a clean, valid driving licence and a valid passport.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel on a quarterly basis
