Accounts Assistant

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 / 09:00–17:30 (No weekends, No Bank Holidays)
Join a growing logistics company.We are seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our busy finance team in Colchester, CO5.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Reconcile courier and freight supplier invoices.
- Raise and manage supplier queries.
- Process supplier payments and remittances.
- Raise surcharges and assist with dispute resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the finance lead.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an accounts or finance admin role.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A collaborative approach and a good sense of humour.
