Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategic plans.
- Develop and manage category framework aligning with company goals.
- Ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making.
- Own forecasting process and monitor progress.
- Support buying team in developing commercial ranges.
- Manage stock levels and intake, taking corrective action when needed.
- Analyze product performance and propose corrective action.
- Identify trading opportunities and maximize sales and profit.
- Ensure product availability for launches/promotions.
- Lead markdown process and optimize clearance.
- Implement strategies to enhance merchandising and buying functions.
- Foster open relationships across teams based on reliable data.
- Deliver key information and present at meetings.

- Commercially aware with strong merchandising understanding.
- Trading mentality in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad functional experience in multi-channel settings.
