Salary: £18.42ph
Working period: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 36hrs
Assignment period: 3-6month on-going contract.

Our General trades person/roofer work within a Building Services & Maintenance environment. You will be working as part of a team to carry out building repairs and maintenance.
You will be expected to provide a high standard of work to the role.
Your role will / may also include working with:
- renewal of installations
- refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties

Minimum Requirements for the Role
- City & Guilds / NVQ qualification
- Understanding of the principles of structures relevant to trade
- Ability to use new technology for example PDA's to receive work and input data
