  • We are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead across the On Trade.

The role:

  • This is a unique role for someone who is experienced within the On Trade, seeking a business who do things differently.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for awareness, visibility and sales across the On Trade.
  • Will lead on both new business and account management, working to achieve business KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, specifically in relation to RTM.
  • Will develop and execute the On Trade strategy - identifying key targets for the business and forging strong relationships across the channel.

Ideal candidate:

  • Will have drinks experience and already be working within the On Trade.
  • Knowledge of key venues that the business should target - especially focused in and around London.
  • Will be highly commercial and a people person - can connect with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and thrives in fast paced environments - no two days are the same in this business, so the successful individual will be agile and responsive.
  • Will be self motivated and a self starter.
  • Will love being out with customer - this role would suit someone who is outgoing, takes initiative and has an entrepreneurial mind. They challenge norms and think outside the box!
