Their donations, event registration, and fundraising platform helps thousands of charities raise millions. Launched in 2012, they've come a long way — they've grown the team to over 70 people and now serve thousands of charities. They are headquartered in London, with operations in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Role:

They're looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join their growing Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, socially driven organisation and progress your career in sales. Reporting to their Sales Manager, you'll be critical in transforming digital fundraising in the UK charity sector — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact.

How you'll contribute:

Engaging with small UK charities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, selling market-leading digital fundraising technology to small UK based charities

Converting inbound marketing leads into sales by taking them through the sales process: no cold calling or outbound prospecting; following up on inbound leads via telephone and email, proactively reaching out to warm leads, conducting discovery calls, pitching, and closing

Use research and problem-solving skills to effectively qualify inbound leads, fully understand what the charity is looking for and evaluate how best to use the company's solutions to suit the charity's needs

Understanding the product-market ?t and applying this towards problem-solving for your prospect's needs

Keeping up to date with industry knowledge by identifying opportunities to learn; reading the latest industry blogs, building and maintaining your network and the opportunity to attend some industry events

Keeping up to date with latest competitor trends and product knowledge

Develop strong relationships with the wider commercial teams including Sales and Customer Success to ensure all opportunities identi?ed are maximised

Diligently maintain internal platforms including Hubspot, Intercom, documentation in Con?uence and implement improvements when needed

£'s: salary of £26k base (£32k OTE)

Location: office based 2 days a week (London E1 (Leman Street)).
